John has been looking after beer for over 10 years the last 5 within his own businesses.
Passionate about his beer, John has received the Masters of Beer Award which is
the highest award given by Everards Brewery.
John also brewed his own beer with Everards (Dark Angel) which was sold through
out the Everards Estate.

The choice of wines for us was quite difficult as we have so many favourites ourselves,
but after much deliberation we made the following selection. A comprehensive mixture
of whites, reds, sparkling, new and old world spread over a modest price range.
